    The person in the phone department helped me get my I-phone setup with my carrier Tracfone. It was a difficult switch going from a #11 to a #14 I-phone because one had a SIM card and the new one did not. We had several calls between us and Tracfone service. So thankful for the help I was given by Best Buy personnel.

    VERY helpful in getting my current device running better while I decide what to do next. I needed huge image files off of my laptop and purchased a high-speed external drive. Worked like a charm! Thank you for creating two lines while waiting: appointments vs. walk ins. Helps a lot!

    Received a brand new corporate iPhone from Verizon with corrupt Apple software. Verizon was unable to replace due to coorp account restriction. I did not want to drive all the way to an Apple Store, geek squad reinstalled Apple software. All working well
