Great service and so worth the money. I appreciated the work and upgrades to our older computers. Now we can use them instead of getting rid of them. I recommend the geek squad highly for all window computers. Smooth setup for our apple air laptop too.

The Geek Sqaud person who helped me set up by Inspire Fitbit 2 was very knowledgeable. Too bad he was working alone. I had an 11:40 appointment but he didn't get to me until nearly 2:00 PM.

The BESTBUY/ AT&T, agent, Hibza, was most efficient and personable in every way. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and did a superb job. I could not have asked for better service!!! She has provided service for us many times and we are always delighted when she is available. She always takes time to explain all aspects of the phone and never makes us feel as though we are taking too much time. Thank you so much for the outstanding service each time we are in the store.

Geeks transferred our data to upgrade to new laptop and install new ms-Office, great 1-day service. A great time-saver. Very happy !

It took about three hours to set up my phone, but I guess that’s how long it takes the associates. We’re very nice and considerate.

Everything Perfect than expected hoping to purchase more

Back to back different laptop failures - one motherboard complete failure had to buy a new one - this one - thankfully just some junk on it and I crack the touch screen - turned off the touchscreen. I (the wife) duct taped it - Hey works perfectly! Got to make it last! Totaltech+ is so worth it - these guys/gals are definitely overworked, and underpaid, and boy did I hear some terrible people while waiting in line. Guess they think Geekers are GODS! They really do not know YOUR password that you created! LOL Webroot is awesome!

The agent that set up my new cell phone was outstanding.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. It wasn’t his fault I wasn’t told that when if I purchased a IPhone 15Pro as an upgrade that there was a $42.xx charge to transfer my data to the new phone. I was a former Quality Consultant for a large company and this wouldn’t be considered good business. At least advise your customers of all details of purchase before completing transaction.

I was running out of room on my phone and so I set up an appointment to meet with the Geek Squad to help me out, which they did! He was friendly and very knowledgeable!

The agent help me setting up the phone to my att line, he was very helpful , the only thing is that I was there for more than hour, and for me , it was forever , because I bought my cellphone before entering to labor , and I return to the store 4 days after giving birth and I was very bruise and tired and he was really considering with my situation, and tried to setting up the fastest he could.

The service was awesome! Lex and Eddie couldn't be nicer. Patient and kind. I went to Verizon first and the lack of any customer service was disturbing. They're was no concern for my phone issues. I continue to tell folks about Lex and Eddie. Geek Squad extraordinaire.

New computer install was easy and smooth. Every person there has been kind, helpful and able to explain what was needed in order to install the product. The only issue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment on line. The guys at the Montgomery store help. They are seniors citizen freindly. Great job.
