My in-store experience at the time in buying my iPhone 15Pro (with accessories, data transfer, etc.) was good. But lack of follow-through by staff resulted in my losing out on the Verizon trade-in promo, which was why I was upgrading my phone in the first place. After my spending 3+ hours on the phone with Verizon to try and sort things out, it seems that Best Buy neglected to complete their role in letting Verizon know of my purchase and that there was a trade-in involved. With nothing in Verizon's system about my transaction, I was unable to get the $415 trade-in value credited to my Verizon account. Details folks! Don't forget the details!

The Geek Squad service I received was above and beyond. I purchased a new Samsung phone and I received awesome set-up service. The rep was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I am very happy with the overall service I received.

I purchased a new MAC. The appointment time for transferring all data was set very quickly. The data transfer was done very promptly and I received a text that I could come back and pick up the mac.

Anthony was the individual that helped set up my husband's new Samsung Z Flip phone from his very old flip phone and was just incredible in transferring all of his contacts, etc. to the new phone. Just had a great knowledge of what had to be done and was so courteous in doing everything that was needed. Couldn't thank him enought.

The Greek Squad was very helpful in educating me on my device. Especially setting my phone up and how to utilize my new device. I’m like a kid in a candy store play on my new phone. The 15 Pro is great! I was a Galaxy girl and now I’m a IPhone lady.
