||Posted .The staff st geek squad are great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fasr. I had data transferred from my old laptop to my new one and they Had it ready within a day. Somethings were too old and couldn't be transferred. They explained all about what they did and what was able to transfer and what wasnt

Replacing Cell phone
||Posted .I had an appointment and I was seen very quickly. Geek Squad evaluated my issue and due to the age of my phone they recommended replace. They made sure I was seen my a skilled Cell Phone salesperson. The salesperson was very patient and was able to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone. If Best Buy has what I'm looking for I will always buy from Best Buy.

LOve my Totaltech+ and Webroot
||Posted .Back to back different laptop failures - one motherboard complete failure had to buy a new one - this one - thankfully just some junk on it and I crack the touch screen - turned off the touchscreen. I (the wife) duct taped it - Hey works perfectly! Got to make it last! Totaltech+ is so worth it - these guys/gals are definitely overworked, and underpaid, and boy did I hear some terrible people while waiting in line. Guess they think Geekers are GODS! They really do not know YOUR password that you created! LOL Webroot is awesome!

||Posted .Didn’t take that long for my husband and I to buy phones and get back home. Much better than going to AT&T store and waiting to talk to someone. Recommendations from Best Buy were helpful as far as available plan which were cheaper than what we had and equipment that had changed from our last phones.

||Posted .The Geek Squad agent quickly diagnosed the problem as a hardware problem, advised me of the repair cost and correctly recommended I purchase a new phone which would be not too much more money than the repairs to my old phone would be. I always buy electronic items at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad expertise.
