You can just "walk in" or make an appointment via phone and I would bet bey Internet also. I would make an appointment as you can get stuck behind a few people, some of whom eat up a lot of time. They are pretty good and will take the time needed to answer your questions. Prices are reasonable and sometimes at no charge, depending on the issue.
