In my case Best Buy geek squad moved everything from the old computer to the new one. I did get a maintenance program with them and therefore everything was part of that plan. The plan will also cover my lap top going forward
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does! On my old computer the hard drive and motherboard were going out. I bought a new one and they transferred everything. They gave me back the old hard drive also. Also it only took less than a day.
