“My Shark ion robot suction is not working. I’ve replaced filters and brushes but it continues to just pile up the dirt without it catching in the tray. It does not show any errors when I turn it on. Is there anything I can do?”

I'm sure you have tried this, but I'm going to mention it anyway..... are you sure you have the dust bin securely closed and clicked into place? I had an issue after I emptied it once and didn't get it back in tightly and it did something similar to what you have described. I hope you can figure it out! I love my Shark robot!
