“Our Shark Robot starts, runs for about 5 seconds and then shuts down. A red exclamation point flashes repeatedly. We have been using it 3 or 4 nights a week for 3 months or so and keep it clean. I can't find any info online about this issue. Solution?”

• Mine is acting up right out of the box same issue and this is our second try with it.
