A:AnswerYes, you should be able to go online and order right from the manufacture. What I found out late, is most filter pads are able to rinse out in the sink.
I went ahead and re-ordered after not replacing mine for nearly a year. After a quick rinse in the sink the foam filter rinsed out clean.
A:AnswerHi Morningglory,
That's a great question. In regards to loss of suction power for this Shark Rocket Bagless Upright vacuum (model# HV301), its possible its due to a blockage somewhere in the unit. We would recommend you to reach inside the dust cup to ensure that no dust or pet hair is blocking the airflow through the metal debris screen in the center of the dust cup. Continue verifying if there's any blockage on the other parts of the unit by detaching the unit and verifying the wand, the hose and also on the bottom of the floor nozzle. You will find these steps detailed in your manual. We hope this information was useful. Thanks
Best Regards,

A:AnswerIt comes with the "crevice tool" for tight spaces, a dusting brush, an upholstery tool for use on furniture, and a hard floor attachment for wood or tile floors with a microfiber pad. Not an expert on vacuums, this one works for me and it's powerful.
