Q: QuestionAirplanes have a LOT of loud ambient noise. Are these headphones able to cancel out the ambient noise as well as in-ear alternatives? Or with the ear canal open, should I expect to still hear the majority of the ambient noise?

Q: QuestionI have used these with my phone and they work great. I can't get them to work with my desk top computer. Do these work with Bluetooth in WINDOWS 11? I can't get them to work. What do I need to do to get them to work besides getting a new pair of headphone

All I had to do was place them in pairing mode (power on by holding the volume up button until she say "pairing" and you will see them listed in your Windows Bluetooth devices when you "Add new Bluetooth devices". I’ve used them with Mac, Win, iOS, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, and even my Samsung TV. They’re amazing!

• A:Answer Uhm, clearly stated on the description as Bluetooth headphones. Shokz is merely the new brand name, rebranded from Aftershokz. They do not amplify ambient sounds as hearing aids do. Purely just headphones for personal, private, Bluetooth open-ear listening of sounds broadcasted from another device…. i.e. smartphone, tablet, computer, tv, etc.

• A:Answer Just like any battery operated item, charge it and once charged, unplug them. and when not in use for a long period of time, charge them about once a month. Otherwise the battery life will be shortened.
