Q: QuestionAre there any plans of making one smaller then the "mini"? Standard was huge, returned for the mini which is better but still has to much band in the back. Product works amazing just wish it was even smaller/snugger.

• A:Answer They are IP67....so Totally protected against dust and Protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15cm and 1m. Duration of test 30 minutes. I didn't try suing them in the pool yet...

• A:Answer no they would probably not stay connected and although they are water resistant I don't think they will hold up to a constant and regular dunking. Shocks does make an open swim model that you can load your music on and they are water proof, out of the pool they work like normal and connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth.

Q: QuestionI have used these with my phone and they work great. I can't get them to work with my desk top computer. Do these work with Bluetooth in WINDOWS 11? I can't get them to work. What do I need to do to get them to work besides getting a new pair of headphone

All I had to do was place them in pairing mode (power on by holding the volume up button until she say "pairing" and you will see them listed in your Windows Bluetooth devices when you "Add new Bluetooth devices". I’ve used them with Mac, Win, iOS, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, and even my Samsung TV. They’re amazing!

Q: QuestionI’m unable to hear text message notifications on my openrun mini. Would like to use in the office. I have an iPhone I can mute and receive calls without everyone knowing but unable to do the same with the text message notifications. Any ideas?

• A:Answer I hear all of my text notifications with my Aftershokz / Shokz products. In fact, when they’re connected to my iPhone, the notifications only sound in my ears. Thus, when I set my Shokz down, I can’t hear the dings from the phone itself and sometimes miss them. Just make sure to switch on the sound toggle (left side of the phone)and set the ringer volume. But if you don’t want the ringer heard by others, then you’ll have to stick with silent vibration mode. Or change the settings in your sounds to no ringtone. That’s a pain to remember later when you do want the ring tone.
