A:AnswerHello- Shokz here! No, you cannot use the Shokz OpenRun Mini for swimming laps because while they have an IP67 rating (sweat/rain resistant), Bluetooth doesn't work underwater, and they're not designed for submersion; you need a dedicated waterproof model like the Shokz OpenSwim (or Pro), which acts as an MP3 player for underwater music. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thank you!

However, if the headphones are not used, they will enter standby mode and the battery will not be drained significantly. A:AnswerHi there- While the vibration cannot be adjusted, the OpenRun does have two EQ settings.
How to switch EQ mode:
Press and hold both buttons(Power/Volume + Button and Volume - Button)while music is playing until you hear a beep.

A:AnswerThey work fine for me. All I had to do was place them in pairing mode (power on by holding the volume up button until she say "pairing" and you will see them listed in your Windows Bluetooth devices when you "Add new Bluetooth devices".
I’ve used them with Mac, Win, iOS, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, and even my Samsung TV.
They’re amazing!
A:AnswerI hear all of my text notifications with my Aftershokz / Shokz products. In fact, when they’re connected to my iPhone, the notifications only sound in my ears. Thus, when I set my Shokz down, I can’t hear the dings from the phone itself and sometimes miss them. Just make sure to switch on the sound toggle (left side of the phone)and set the ringer volume. But if you don’t want the ringer heard by others, then you’ll have to stick with silent vibration mode. Or change the settings in your sounds to no ringtone. That’s a pain to remember later when you do want the ring tone.
A:AnswerUhm, clearly stated on the description as Bluetooth headphones. Shokz is merely the new brand name, rebranded from Aftershokz. They do not amplify ambient sounds as hearing aids do. Purely just headphones for personal, private, Bluetooth open-ear listening of sounds broadcasted from another device…. i.e. smartphone, tablet, computer, tv, etc.
