Uhm, clearly stated on the description as Bluetooth headphones. Shokz is merely the new brand name, rebranded from Aftershokz. They do not amplify ambient sounds as hearing aids do. Purely just headphones for personal, private, Bluetooth open-ear listening of sounds broadcasted from another device…. i.e. smartphone, tablet, computer, tv, etc.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am very hard of hearing and hoped that using bone conduction would help , but it is like regular sound coming from headphones. It takes a minute to get used to but I love them now and can wear them all day at work with my glasses. I have AirPods and have to take them out to hear normal conversations so this is much more convenient to hear my music, or I can hear anything around me. I can not use the Apple speaker like I can with my AirPods but I never used that feature anyway.
