No, you cannot use the Shokz OpenRun Mini for swimming laps because while they have an IP67 rating (sweat/rain resistant), Bluetooth doesn't work underwater, and they're not designed for submersion; you need a dedicated waterproof model like the Shokz OpenSwim (or Pro), which acts as an MP3 player for underwater music.
