“I have used these with my phone and they work great. I can't get them to work with my desk top computer. Do these work with Bluetooth in WINDOWS 11? I can't get them to work. What do I need to do to get them to work besides getting a new pair of headphone”

They work fine for me. All I had to do was place them in pairing mode (power on by holding the volume up button until she say "pairing" and you will see them listed in your Windows Bluetooth devices when you "Add new Bluetooth devices". I’ve used them with Mac, Win, iOS, Samsung Galaxy, iPad, and even my Samsung TV. They’re amazing!

Go to bluetooth pair new device hold down the pair button (either the + or the N looking button on the side) once you see your headphones pop up click it then your headphones should connect.
