Will this work in my 2004 Acura TL ? null

Yes as long as you have a cigarette lighter with 12 volts DC. I use my cassette player to feed signal into my radio you have to figure how you are going to get the signal from receiver into your radio there are hook ups to plug into your antenna system or use set station to pick up signal . Frosty
