Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should call Best Buy, they will fix it. I think the claps is not tight enough. You can fix it very easily to purchase a new claps or hose kit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They either did not connect it well or it may have popped off when they slid it into position. My dryer hose popped off when I was sliding the dryer into position. You just have to make sure the hose is connected and fastened tight (not excessively tight). Pull you dryer out from the wall and I'll bet the hose will come right off where it is connected to the dyer. You just need to makes sure the hose is connected and then tighten the hose clamp. If this sounds odd, got to youtube. They have lots of helpful hints and instructional videos for making sure it is connected properly
