Voice should work across all speakers. If you are using the Move near another voice activated speaker only one of them should respond to your command. You would need to take the Move into a different room to test it's voice response. There shouldn't be any issues with Move picking up your voice as long as the microphone isn't muted (the light should be on on the top) and you are on WiFi (voice is not enabled in Bluetooth mode.
