• No, there are multiple holes and you choose the one to put the screw in to.

• No it has plenty of adjustment but it needs to be removed to get to the screws

• It depends on if you mean tilting in up or actually moving it straight up. Moving it up you will need to remove the unit and use tools. Tilting it is easy without tool but that has limits if you need to tilt a lot you will need to remove the unit and use tools. Hope this helps

• You can adjust the angle of the the screen up/down or side to side without tools, but if you want to adjust height or left/right position you will need tools.
