“Does this get installed flush within each vehicle it fits? Also, does it have backup / come with a back up camera for older vehicles? I am interested in this item but don't want it to look gross like some images I've seen in other vehicles.”

Unfortunately wasn’t flush and sticks out several inches.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The screen is big, 9" x 5-3/8", so unless the hole on your dash is that big. I kinda like the floating look. You only notice the bracket from the side but not when seated, plus it brings it a couple inches closer to me to operate it.

In regards to your first question, our advise is to get in contact with a professional installer so that they make the proper measurements in your vehicle to find out if the In-car receiver would fit correctly. And for your other question, this unit does come with a back up camera, the type of connection for that is the RCA pin cord.
