Yes there is volume control on inside of left side. My TV has Bluetooth, but it's suggested to only use with Audio. As there is some latency with Bluetooth in general. These do have a low latency setting in the app, and it seems to work really well, but if you focus on people talking there lips will move ever so slightly before what you hear. This is Bluetooth in general.
