• I have a Panasonic smart tv. I hooked up both the optic and HDMI. Mine works. You may have to go to your settings and look at sound. Try another HDMI port. Sorry I really cant help.

• For hdmi to work, you must enable hdmi CEC to on, in the tv menu. For optical to work, you need to disable tv speakers to off.
