We had a simular problem, I turned off the wifi/blue tooth options for all of our phones/tablets in our home. Appears all our divices were conflicting, this problem has happened to us before with our other sound bar divices. Whenever a new device is added to the mix of things this problem has come up for us. The sound came back on when I turned the unit back on after unplugging and resetting/restarting it.
