Allow us to help troubleshoot and isolate the problem. There are few things you can try to fix the over air TV guide not updating on your TV: Rescan for channels or run Auto program, this will allow you to rescan for available channels and update the TV guide with the latest information. Set the Signal Type to Antenna. Check your antenna connection Restart the TV Make sure that the TV software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Make sure that your TV is connected to the internet. The TV guide uses the internet to get the latest information on TV schedules. May we contact you to help? Q: QuestionBought a 98" Samsung -- Put a 32" Sony on each side to view other Sports events Simultaneously. Question: If I turn the Channel on one Sony, will the remote automatically turn the channel on Both or is there a way to dedicate each TV to its own Remote ?

The Remote is Bluetooth and IR so when the IR is activated you can control multiple units of this model as long as the IR is hitting the IR receiver at the bottom center of the TV. To connect your remote via Bluetooth press Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Remote control > connect via Bluetooth.
