Hello Zainrizvi, Thanks for the question. Regarding your concern, the TV will only be able to establish connection with 1 Bluetooth device at a time. Therefore, it is not possible for two headphones to be connected simultaneously. Thanks for the interest in Sony Products, have a great day! DiegoV
