Why doesn't this set connect to my wifi??? my laptop has no problem working at the same location!! null

1st. Upgrade the binary firmware on your router. 2nd. Upgrade the ANDROID OS it has an update for the WiFi radio on board the SONY Tv. 3rd. This SONY will conntect via 2.4 or 5 Ghz wifi, if manually adding the set to the WiFi SSID does not work try the WPS connect method, it works all the time. -- Lastly if you still cant connect the router that you have maybe? possibly? too old. I have had friends with 4+ years Netgear routers that will not connect to SONY tv sets. Hope this helps

are you dual broadcasting frequencies? try setting your wifi broadcast to N unless that stops older devices you have from working, then go G and A after that.
