Had no problems with setup. I don't do cable so I love all the apps. The picture is really nice. Makes normal shows look cool, fun to just look at! I use an external sound system which I would advise others to use as well.

Upgraded from my Sony Google TV since 4 years ago. What a differance since I moved out of a apartment and into a house finally. Love the picture quality and sound. Had for 2 weeks now and no signs of damage whatsoever. Wifi built-in is great and for gaming.

Good tv at an affordable price you problem wont find this particular model at sotres due to all the newer models that support 4k hdr i brought this one on clearence for like 410 straight out of the door the only downside was that it didnt come with a stand or base which sucked but if you prefer to have it on a wall mount or a tv stand that has the wall mount you will be in for a very great tv

The product is good Ithe name brand speak for its selfI I have alot of things in my home under this name brand I just like the best.The color the picture the perfection of a the clarity and performance s all that.

When I initially went into Best Buy I wanted something from Samsung. Then I saw this tv on sale as an open box item. Of course like most people I was very skeptical of buying a returned item. But I've had it about a month now and I haven't had any problems. This is my first smart tv so I have so much to learn. Anyone thinking of buying this tv will be satisfied. I have never owned a Sony television and I am pleasantly surprised by the picture quality.

I went to my local Best Buy with a $400 budget in mind to buy the biggest screen I could afford in that price range. But speaking to the team member I was introduced to 12 month interest free financing which made me choose this TV, the best TV I ever purchased, so far. In love with the screen.

This TV has truly made me very happy. The picture is crystal clear.

The set is 55 and looks amazing. It has great depth and color. It has a small frame so it makes it look even larger . It's a Sony so it's a good brand name and high quality resolution. 4K smart TV with USB ports for more entertainment

Very satisfied. I'm usually a Samsung guy and buy into their color contrast and color value of their tv's. SONY knows how to work it too. Over contrasting is of no issues with this tv. SONY's refresh rate is astounding. It's upscaling tech works wonders. Speakers are decent too [for stock speakers]. An ample number of readily available ports. Easy setup. Absolutly no regrets with everything SONY offers. Their list of 4k tv options are short and offer only quality selections. I could go on, but ample research painted a clear picture. Pun intended. Only a few complaints: 1. I didn't buy the larger tv. 2. The initial software update before use of tv is very lengthy. 3. The remote is meh. All of them quite trivial to complain about. Buy this tv. It's worth the investment.

The picture on this TV is great, and the upscaling engine seems to work well. There is no motion blur that I can detect when playing games, and input lag is imperceptible as well. You aren't going to confuse the thing for an OLED display from its contrast levels, but they are generally pretty good. I would describe the remote as functional if not ergonomic.

I probably spent too much time shopping and reading reviews before making the decision to buy this Sony TV. Also considered comparable models from Samsung and Visio. Picture quality is excellent...bright, colorful and detailed. Up scaling feature is awesome. Smart functions are flawless. Speakers could be better but really not that bad if you take time to tweak the settings. Replaced a 46" Panasonic plasma that I absolutely loved; not disappointed at all.
