“I bought a samsung mu7000 model 55 inch and although the clarity and color/features are amazing, i am unhappy with the motion rate. It is not very clear when fast motion occurs (sports, etc). Would this model be better from that perspective?”

Yes in my opinion. I watched three football games and I was intentionally looking for some kind of motion blurr but I did't see any. I turned all motion settings off since reviews I read suggested doing so for the best results and it seems to have worked.
