No. 3D TV sets appear to have died off back in 2016. For all the promotion the TV makers gave to 3D TV, it did not sell very well, probably because most persons did not want to invest in buying 3D Blu-ray discs and a 3D Blu-ray player. There was never any 3D programming on either broadcast or cable TV to really justify spending the extra $100, or more, to buy a 3D set. For the relatively few persons that did buy a 3D set, one it still able to buy a 3D capable Blu-ray player, and, it seems, Sony, Samsung and LG are including the 3D playback feature in their newer, top-of-the-line 4K Blu-ray players.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yep unfortunately 3D is dead now. The only new TV you can by to support this is the Sony Z9D which costs $2K for a 65". It was originally released in 2016 and that's why it's still available. The Z9D has recently be replaced with the not so warmly received Z9F so you will have to get the Z9D soon or they will be gone forever.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 4K SONY XBR55X930E 55" CLASS (54.5" DIAG) does not have 3D. The older year model in 930D did. 3D has been discontinued. This is very disappointing because 3D movies are stilling being made. The soon to be released 4K TV over the air broadcasts standard is stated as supporting 3D. (No TV's support this new standard yet search for ASTC 3.0 at ASTC.org). Besides the lack of 3D the TV has a beautiful image.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This model is 4K but does not support 3D
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not. That was last years model the 930D that did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. 3D TVs really didn't catch on with the buying public, which seemed to think of it as a gimmick, and they never really sold that well. so manufacturers have ceased making 3D TVs in 2016.
