QuestionWhat do you recommend for cleaning smudges / fingerprints off the tv?

- Answer Hello- The Sony XBR930e is a great television; well, it is much more than a TV. I use it for YouTube, Netflix, and so much more! For fingerprints and smudges, don't panic; you can simply wipe them away with a lint free cloth ( I get mine from Walmart), or if that will not take care of it, I will use one of those eye glass lens cleaners that are in the little packet (not the spray!) and then I will use the lint free cloth afterwards to ensure the screen area is clean and dry. Do NOT use any spray cleaners such as Windex, Simple Green or Lysol as these are too strong and could damage the coating on the TV screen. You can always spend more money and get a dedicated OLED TV screen cleaning product, but I do not think it is necessary unless you have a family prone to often touching the TV screen (young children love to do this). QuestionHow much reflective glare is there ? Most TVs today you can hardly see in the day time.

- Answer We have a 9” x12” window area in our great room and wanted a tv that would work in a bright room. Bought the 930E because the picture is brighter then the OLED model and glad we did. This tv delivers a great picture in a bright room with minimal glare.

- Answer This TV comes with a power brick, which is an external power supply. A normal size and shape two prong cord comes out of the power brick. It will safely work in any standard American electrical outlet. The power brick is actually quite large, I was surprised by its size, 11" by 3" by 1 1/2". I needed to mount it to the back of my TV stand. It would not look good in full view near the TV.

QuestionWhere is the audio optical port located. I can not find it on this tv. And how do I get the Bluetooth to work pn tv so it will recognize my soundbar

- Answer It's under a plastic cover on the extreme upper right side of the back of the TV, along with several other ports. It's plainly marked and it has a spring loaded cover over it (to protect it from getting dust inside it). I can't help you on the Bluetooth question, since mine connects directly via an HDMI cable.

- Answer Hi TVGuys, Of course, it can be installed on a wall. Even though the TV weighs approximately 63 lbs, the back panel which connects to the wall-mount is designed to carry the TV's weight. - Answer The YouTube TV app is now available for Sony Android TVs. I have it running on my year old XBR65X900C. Note that it is only available for some markets. The Bay Area (California) has all 4 networks and works well.

QuestionAnyone know if the tv screen is plastic or glass? I have an older Sony with "Gorilla Glass" and the screen is beautiful still. I want to have the same look as my current tv when I upgrade but don't want a screen that looks cheap.

- Answer It is edge lit, very good edge lit however, if the 900 had more zones in the full array then that would be better but as it stands the 930 is a bit better.

QuestionDoes this have Black Frame Insertion? My Samsung 8 series automatically fades to a black frame when the screen is dark, creating an awkward transition when the picture returns. I want to make sure you can at least turn this feature off.

- Answer No. 3D TV sets appear to have died off back in 2016. For all the promotion the TV makers gave to 3D TV, it did not sell very well, probably because most persons did not want to invest in buying 3D Blu-ray discs and a 3D Blu-ray player. There was never any 3D programming on either broadcast or cable TV to really justify spending the extra $100, or more, to buy a 3D set. For the relatively few persons that did buy a 3D set, one it still able to buy a 3D capable Blu-ray player, and, it seems, Sony, Samsung and LG are including the 3D playback feature in their newer, top-of-the-line 4K Blu-ray players.

QuestionDoes anybody else have an issue with this tv glitching all the time? No matter what I watch, it glitches.

- Answer This TV is very glitchy. There is no other way to describe it. Video from streaming randomly stops, the app resets, menu's blink multiple times when you access them, the menu can be slow to respond and suddenly respond quickly through the steps you previously entered, some apps won't stream at all, etc. This is not a great TV to operate. But, the picture is great! Choose your battles. If you deal with Sony in any capacity you will lose. Here are a few photos of the issue I'm having. Meanwhile another Sony 65" TV XBR65810C, Apply TV, and every other device in my house with an app can play Netflix and HBONow just fine. This TV is garbage.

QuestionWith stand attached, what does the gap between bottom of tv base & top of any tv stand measure? My sound bar is 3.5” tall. Or do I even need a soundbar with the improved sound in the 930E. Thanks

- Answer I measure just a titch over 3"...so a sound bar wouldn't work. Not sure about your need, I run mine through a receiver with surround sound so I don't use the speaker on the TV.

- Answer It has better speakers inside which makes it heavier. It also gets brighter. Those are the major differences. Think the 900 might be quicker for video games though.
