This TV is very glitchy. There is no other way to describe it. Video from streaming randomly stops, the app resets, menu's blink multiple times when you access them, the menu can be slow to respond and suddenly respond quickly through the steps you previously entered, some apps won't stream at all, etc. This is not a great TV to operate. But, the picture is great! Choose your battles. If you deal with Sony in any capacity you will lose. Here are a few photos of the issue I'm having. Meanwhile another Sony 65" TV XBR65810C, Apply TV, and every other device in my house with an app can play Netflix and HBONow just fine. This TV is garbage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, mine has no glitches at all. Now my DirecTV 4K box has an issue with the audio dropping out for 3-4 seconds every four minutes. But, the TV is great.

And I paid $1100 dollars for it from ABT ELECTRONICS; I can’t believe there selling more than what I paid a year ago! No taxes and free shipping to boot; I’m not knocking BEST BUY BUT ABT ELECTRONICS IS WHERE I PRICE MATCH ALL MY ELECTRONICS FROM! And I’ve saved a fortune I assure you! My Sony never flickers and I am buying the one 2 grades above for $300 dollars more! I’d check out ABT ELECTRONICS ON GOOGLE YALL WILL BE AMAZED AT THEIR PRICES!!!!!
