A:AnswerIs this TV still under warranty? If so you can contact Sony Directly to have it shipped if not try going to best buy and asking the sales rep there if they have a spare remote. My dog ate my remote after owning this set for only 2 days after Christmas. Went to Best Buy and asked about it they gave me a remote from the previous model that they had and it worked fine however I called Sony they shipped me a new remote for free since it was under warranty however you can buy one also around 35 bucks I believe.
A:AnswerThese TVs are considered CONSUMER electronic products, not designed for commercial or industrial use. For your intended use, you need to look into getting a commercial display panel. They are built for a more rugged use, and generally don't have tuners or sound systems built into them, as they are built for strictly video purposes. These panels are built rugged enough to run 24/7, over many years, and often used in retail settings or in airport terminals. A consumer TV is not likely to last as long as a commercial display.
A:AnswerIt has nothing to do with the TV itself. Either you have an old cable/dish box or you're using super old HDMI cables that don't support HDCP. HDCP prevents people from recording shows through a Genie or Slingbox.
A:AnswerNot like on ur phone Google play , but it can actually connect to ur Google account and u can access ur pictures , movies , music. Even has the option to connect to Google home hub .and Alexa Theres probably more stuff it does I haven't figured out yet .
A:AnswerI'm a DirecTV subscriber, so I can't answer your question specifically. However, this TV will upconvert darn near anything to a close approximation of 4K.

A:AnswerIf you mean 900x as in 900e which came out with the 930e, then the 930e is brighter and darker blacks. Some say the 900e has more accurate colors but I prefer the look of the 930e colors because of the brightness.
A:AnswerHi Samme, this TV features our Super Bit Mapping technology which up-converts 8 or 10bit sources to 14bit. You may check this link for more information: https://www.sony.com/electronics/televisions/XBR-X930E-X940E-Series/specifications Thanks, -Mark
A:AnswerI also have an older high-end amplifier that does not know about digital - so I purchased a cable that uses the 1/8" headphone jack on the Sony TV, and it "Y"s to two separate RCA cables, that you can then connect to the input of your receiver. An example is the Audio Quest Evergreen 3.5mm stereo (mini-phone) to RCA cable found at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/audioquest-evergreen-3-3-analog-interconnect-cable-green/2926058.p?skuId=2926058 I Love Audio Quest cables, and am a big fan of this one!
A:AnswerThe tv comes Packaged very well with a screen protector and cardboard protector when I bought mine I loaded mine laying down in a Chevy trailblazer didn’t have a single issue
