“will I get all the quality in my picture since I have Dish Network. I was told Dish works off of i not p so I will not get the quality picture if I had a different cable company. is this true? please explain I am not very knowledgible on this”

I'm a DirecTV subscriber, so I can't answer your question specifically. However, this TV will upconvert darn near anything to a close approximation of 4K.

The TV is designed to support 4K quality but will still depend on the connected device.
