It has better speakers inside which makes it heavier. It also gets brighter. Those are the major differences. Think the 900 might be quicker for video games though.

Unsure about the build quality of the 900f, but I can tell you that the 930e is a heavy tv. I would say that my X930E is a quality built unit, great picture, sound and quite happy with the performance vs. price.
