- Answer Not quite sure if you’ll have the same problem as I am. I bought this for my wife’s 03 Accord. I went to set up the “free installation” and found out that a $349.99 kit and $12.99 antenna would need to be added for the install. Did I mention that I paid $299 + tax for the unit? So the parts needed for the install costs more than the unit itself! Also, the storage compartment below apparently the door has to be taken off leaving that area open. So a kit is needed and the storage compartment door has to be removed but this is a “fit” according to their criteria when I put in my vehicle specs. Disappointed to say the least…

- Answer Resistive and, although the unit was reasonably priced and easy to install, it is my one regret. I cannot see the screen during sunny times of the day. In Southern California, that's kind of a problem. Go for a capacitive screen if you can.
