A:AnswerIt has a USB that they will run through your car; they wired mine to come through my glovebox. You can use this USB for a phone or flash drive!

A:AnswerYes you can. It has a video in and a selection button from the front screen to activate. Not sure that it activates when put in reverse. I think you need to push the button to turn on the backup camera. I have a Ford Transit with a backup camera in the review mirror so I did not activate this backup camera and was told bu Best Buy that I could not split it to view both.

Sorry to hear about this. If you can't hear the other person during a phone call, make sure to raise the volume during phone call. If you can't still hear anything, try to check other sources like radio,bluetooth, etc. to isolate the issue. And if the issue only happens during phone calls then you might want to check your phones settings.
