“I just had this device installed, when i get a call the people on the other end can hear me (through my speakers) but I cant hear them? Is there a setting that I have to select or could it be wired incorrectly?”

Hi there! Sorry to hear about this. If you can't hear the other person during a phone call, make sure to raise the volume during phone call. If you can't still hear anything, try to check other sources like radio,bluetooth, etc. to isolate the issue. And if the issue only happens during phone calls then you might want to check your phones settings. Regards, Sam
