“Does the unit have aux input that i can plug audio out from my external DAC (dragonfly cobalt) that is plugged into my phone which decodes Tidal HD streamer app? Or can I atleast plug my android phone in via USB and stream with HD codec?”

Hi JermzNct, This radio does not have an aux-input or any way to use an external DAC with it. The radio will also not recognize the Android (or Apple) phone as an external drive or accessory to stream decoded music from. Thanks for considering Sony products. Best regards, Eliab
