Q: QuestionThe site is telling me the XAV-AX4000 won't fit my 2012 Chevy Sonic, but Crutchfield's site is saying it does. Which one should I believe?

• A:Answer Pretty sure Best Buy says it does not fit if you have to do any modification to make it fit. Basically plug and play. I bought a different model same figment but had modify figment slightly and Best Buy says doesn’t fit and crutchfield says it does

Instead, you can connect your iPhone via Bluetooth. The USB connection is primarily available for Android phones and USB devices in MSC (Mass Storage Class) mode. For iPhones, a Bluetooth connection will allow you to access Apple Maps and music. Regards, -Craig

Q: QuestionThe Sony specs say OEM Integration is IDataLink Maestro RR2. Does that mean IDataLink Maestro RR2 is built-in to this Sony XAVAX4000, or do I need to purchase a Maestro RR2 separately in order to integrate the SONY with my car?

• A:Answer Hi OfficeMike, thanks for your question. The XAVAX4000 is Maestro compatible but it's not built-in. The iDataLink Maestro RR module and iDataLink Maestro RR2 module are part of its optional accessories/equipment. Which means you need to purchase them separately. Hope this helps. Q: QuestionDoes the unit have aux input that i can plug audio out from my external DAC (dragonfly cobalt) that is plugged into my phone which decodes Tidal HD streamer app? Or can I atleast plug my android phone in via USB and stream with HD codec?
