• A:Answer There is an “Illumination” connection and will dim/brighten based on what your car tells it, such as if the headlights are on it will dim at night.

• A:Answer Yes it does have a plug on back of the head unit for a sub. Its a single plug labeled subwoofer. U have to get a Y adapter so your 2 RCA cables coming from amp. Plugs into adapter. Then adapter taking it to single plug then to head unit.
