• Labor only is free. You still have to pay for the dash kit/harness/etc. which for some vehicles can get pretty expensive

• The installation is free; but the stuff that is needed to make it fit/work in your vehicle is not. I think the "free" installation cost me like an extra $200 or so for the needed parts.
