• A:Answer If the movie was streamed from a cloud (say like Netflix) then it shouldn't have downloaded anywhere for you to be able to delete it. The concept of streaming is that the original content stays in the cloud server.

Q: QuestionDespite turning unit off, it keeps working and is warm to touch. Unit remains warm unless electricity disconnected. If left connected to electricity, occasionally when turned on, Blu-ray symbol will show on monitor and unit turns itself off and freezes.
