- Answer Hi Blinkingstar! You can go thru MENU → (Camera Settings) → [Scene Selection] → [Portrait]. The [Portrait] mode allows the camera to blur the background and sharpen the subject. It also accentuates the skin tones softly. -Anthony

It features a 20.4MP 1/2.3" Exmor R CMOS sensor and a BIONZ X Image Processor for notable low light performance, as well as a 50x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario Sonnar T lens with a 100x Clear Image Zoom. A 4.3-215mm focal length with a 35mm equivalent of 24-1200mm allows this lens significant wide-angle and considerable telephoto shooting abilities. It also features a wide 2.8 aperture, which is especially useful in low-light as it allows for brighter images. -Anthony

QuestionDoes this camera and the previous model the 300, still get the error messages, I had both cameras and the E62.10 ruined both cameras, does anyone know if this has been corrected? I took to the Best Buy shop, and the cost to repair was unreal.

- Answer Yes it does. It is automatic, but allows you to adjust if necessary - which helps when you are zoomed in really close.

QuestionOn the subject of transferring pictures to a desktop computer: I saw a couple Q+A's on here but is still unclear. Is there a way to copy pics directly from the camera/card to a desktop? Reason I ask - The USB that's included is called a "micro-usb".

- Answer The micro-USB cable is a standard cable for a lot devices. The "micro" end plugs into the camera, and the USB end will plug into any USB port on your computer. It should work just fine as long as you have a USB port on your computer, which you should have. When connected, your computer should read it as a external hard-drive.

- Answer Hi Karen, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. This is another model. The 400V will have tiltable LCD screen and also built in Wi-Fi and GPS. The 400 model will have 62x optical zoom range with 124x clear image zoom while the 400V will have 50x optical zoom with 100x clear image zoom range.
