Well I'm extremely unsatisfied as the picture in the Best Buy shows the screen is tiltable and I will be returning this product. Also, I will say in another question on the site you say this is the DSC-HX400v and has all of the features. It shows it has the Carl Zeiss Verio Sonnar T Lens and that is not available on the 400 model. So I'm very confused and without a doubt disappointed. You should not show features in the product description that it doesn't have. I most certainly will not be paying a restocking fee, I can assure you of that,

The 400V will have tiltable LCD screen and also built in Wi-Fi and GPS. The 400 model will have 62x optical zoom range with 124x clear image zoom while the 400V will have 50x optical zoom with 100x clear image zoom range.
