Q: QuestionHow do I fix the black screen problem that pops up when I try to play a game. I got it today but I haven’t been able to play it at all due to this problem please help me.

• A:Answer Make sure everything is connected properly, The VR has a decent amount of wires and if even one is plugged in the wrong way it wont work. My most common issue is that the cable for the headset is not plugged into the playstation but you should get a little icon on the screen showing your hdmi cable is disconnected
