Make sure everything is connected properly, The VR has a decent amount of wires and if even one is plugged in the wrong way it wont work. My most common issue is that the cable for the headset is not plugged into the playstation but you should get a little icon on the screen showing your hdmi cable is disconnected
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your connections are properly placed in the right ports. It can be confusing and it was for me. Have the headset on as you’re starting any game. That should do it.
