I wore them jogging for 2 miles when it was about 55 degrees F outside. I was pretty happy with the experience.

Hi FITMAN, yes, however, we do not recommend it. These headphones are not designed to be used while performing strenuous physical activities and is not waterproof/resistant. We recommend using one from our sports MP3s instead.
