“I have no VR for my PS4 yet, when I buy this bundle does it then come with all I need to play? Or do I have to buy an external processor unit or other things to make it work?”

It comes with all the basics you’ll need to play with. The bundle even includes your first games. There are other accessories that can be bought but they’re not necessities.
