It includes the VR headset, camera, cords, and 5 games. Everything you need to play the 5 games except for the Move controller set which you have to buy separate. You can still play these games with the regular PS4 controller but apparently the Move controllers detect your movement better than the PS4 LightBar and the Move controllers make it more immersive as an experience
