A:AnswerHeadphones comes with 3 different channels settings for the receiver. Set one pair up with the 1st channel selection. Then turn completely off and unplug. Set up the other set of headphones two channels away from the first set. Then turn on the other set and you should be good to go.

However, I have a TV and DVD player both connected to the Sony headset and that works. However, we only watch the TV by itself or the DVD player by itself.
