I’m not sure what frequency is, but I can tell you that the 16GB has been more than enough for me to stream live tv, google docs, surf web, and use other application like Microsoft Word all at the same time with no slowdowns. Also, I had the regular display and returned it to get the 4K. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but I would say it is a better, more clear display. If you want me to check the frequency of the RAM, I can do so if you tell me where to find it.
