The WF331 and DV331 washer and dryer are about 38-1/4" deep when stacked due to the overhang of the dryer in the rear. I would suggest you refer to the attached "Alcove or Closet Installation Requirements" with regard to venting. This information can also be found in the user manuals which can be downloaded as pdf files from Samsung's website. In addition, you'll need to allow space for the vent duct, which would be a minimum of 5" if vented out the rear. You also have the option of converting the electric dryer to vent out the left or right side using the DV-1A side vent kit.
